  • Base salary $35,152 annually
  • Paid weekly

What We're Looking For

Sales Experience

1+ year phone sales OR retail auto dealership sales.

Communication

Confident on the phone, strong negotiation skills.

Tech Savviness

Able to learn enterprise software and enter data accurately.

Drive

Motivated by uncapped commission and ready for the next chapter.

A Day in the Life

7:30 AM to 4:30 PM — here is what a typical shift looks like.

7:30 AM

Morning Kickoff

Review your pipeline, align on daily goals, and get ready to perform.

8:00 AM

First Calls

Your queue is loaded with warm leads — consumers who have already applied for refinancing. No cold calling.

10:30 AM

Applications in Motion

Several apps submitted and working through lender review. Follow up, answer questions, push toward your daily minimum of 8.

12:00 PM

Lunch Break

A full hour to recharge. Compare notes, celebrate a morning close, and reset.

1:00 PM

Afternoon Push

Top earners separate themselves here. Work your pipeline, cross-sell Vehicle Service Contracts, close pending deals.

3:30 PM

Wrap-Up

Review your numbers, update your CRM, flag pending apps. Commission is stacking.

4:30 PM

You're Done
